If the items are eligible, we will issue a store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Cookies and Cream Boutique is not responsible for damaged item / packages while in transit.

All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Condition of Items
Items must be in their original packaging, unscented, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or marks.
All tags and hangtags must be attached in their original condition.
All items must have the original receipt.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Change of mind includes return for sizing and fit, color and styling, or simply not loving an item.
If the items are eligible, we will issue a store credit.
Denial of Return
Cookies and Cream Boutique reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way.
Any item returned that is used, soiled, or damaged will be sent back to the sender.
If your return is unsuitable for a store credit, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs will not be credited when we receive your return.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
If the customer uses the store credit, the shipping cost will apply.

Cookies and Cream Boutique does not take any responsibility for any item damaged, lost or stolen packages in transit.
